40 days of NAKED

Let me guess, you're wondering why anyone would want to eat NAKED? Who wouldn't? Well lucky for us, and more appropriately for our audience, the only 'nakey' going on around here is our Nutrition. Based in the Mid-Ulster Area, NAKED Nutrition is a meal plan approach to nutritional food and it's preparation.

Made up of brother and sister, (not to mention the small army of minions in the background) we're a passionate pair, and have designed our service to offer a solution to those who find difficulty in providing themselves with wholesome, nutritional meals. Our menus are designed around a combination of clean, natural ingredients, and elements of Paleo & Zone Diet (it's not really a 'diet' - we call it a lifestyle).

We're also keen CrossFitters, and are members of our local affiliate CrossFit Antrim (check them out!). Just like our clients, we have hectic lifestyles and appreciate the difficulty in looking after our daily nutrition, staying active with our training, and hold down our day to day responsibilities. But then we got NAKED! Our aim is to provide our clients with well-balanced nutrition, to support their busy lives and help achieve their goals in 2016.

With the New Year beginning, and Resolutions committed by us all, we thought of the goals we wanted to achieve in 2016, what are yours? It's fair to say we all strive to do better, invent a better version of the year previous - and why not! You should, want to feel good, healthier, stronger, faster....happier!

Admittedly, we're feeling a little sluggish after an overload of Turkey at Christmas, not to mention one or two festive treats...(so glad we had the little ones to help with that!). Thinking back on how we felt after completing a 12 Days of CrossFit Christmas challenge at our CFA Box, we know what we want to achieve in our own personal goals, what we want to improve on in 2016, and now, well, we want to pick our goals back up. So....Monday 4th January (everything starts on a Monday) we're both committing to our New Years Resolution; be a better version of ourselves.

How do we do that? How long for? What are we going to do, exactly?

For 40 days and 40 nights we are going to TRAIN | EAT | RECOVER | REPEAT, like we have never done before. Did you know it takes 21 days to break a habit? We invite you to join us, interpret our journey in to yours, whatever you may be doing in your goal to health and fitness this year, taking the first step is the step in the right direction.
